Great idea for posting videos Scott.  With both of us using helmet cams already and easier ways of uploading high quality footage, there will be lots more opportunities to document good training and fun adventure activities.

To get it started, here's a few of my recent videos.

*All can be watched in higher quality by clicking the pop-up HQ button in the lower right corner once the video starts.


My first attempt at a video from a great skiing and skating weekend.



I made this video after riding the River Trail and pre-riding the Ice Bike Race course.



Made this video with Scott/Deanna's pics, Lori's pics/video and my helmet cam racing clips.
This years Ice Bike Race went off in -5 C temps, with 120 racers ... awesome!



This video captures over 3 hours of great biking on more of the river trails.



I had a fun short ride on Sturgeon Creek and Woodhaven Parkway paths and hopefully this little video captures some of that fun.



This video is of my longest and best winter training ride so far this year.
The uploading process compressed the quality down too much on this one, but it still works.

That's all for now!  It will be fun to watch all the adventures!!

Decided to get some proper bike lights suitable for more challenging night riding on trails and for endurance bike races.
So I tested the 15 Watt single LED BLT Firewire and the 30 Watt LED CygoLite Mitycross 350.
In the end, I got both ... the Mitycross on my handlebar and the Firewire on my helmet ... perfect!

Btw ... the helmet cam video shows the lights to be weaker/dimmer than they really are.  But the comparison is still fair.
